Our main program is open to adults and teens, and we also offer a women’s program. Whether you're at our Albany Park location in Chicago or training online, we have sessions to fit your needs and goals.
Ready to Start?
For your first visit, book an Introductory Lesson. This hands-on, semi-private workout teaches you real kung fu from day one.
Beginners train for one hour. As you progress, classes extend to two hours.
Most students train 1-3 times per week.
