How to Get Started:

You begin with a private Introductory Lesson.

After your Intro, you’ll join regular classes at your own pace — most students train 1–3 times per week, and some combine in-person and online sessions.

Beginners train for the first hour of class.

Our Programs:

Main Class (In-Person)

Adult classes focused on forms, partner drills, and practical application. Open to all levels, beginners to advanced.

Women’s Class (In-Person & Online)

A dedicated class for women in a focused, supportive environment. Training covers structure, timing, and practical self-defense skills at every level.

Online Class (Zoom)

Live interactive training focused on forms and conditioning. A flexible option for students training from home or while out of town.
