Generations of Ving Tsun

Ving Tsun is a popular Chinese martial art designed for self-defense, made famous by Yip Man (Ip Man) and his student Bruce Lee. Developed in the Shaolin Temples, this art has been passed down from through generations of masters that have preserved and refined Ving Tsun for modern day use.

Taught publicly in Hong Kong by the iconic Grandmaster Yip Man, the style was preserved in its most powerful form by his devoted student Moy Yat who brought it to the United States in the early 70s. Our practice is kept intense and authentic by regular seminars taught by Grandmaster Moy Tung, a life long professional instructor of the Ving Tsun system.

The core concepts of the system are designed for smaller person to defend themselves against a larger, more aggressive opponent. This is achieved through rigorous study of the open hand forms, partner drills, and intense conditioning workouts. Anyone can learn Ving Tsun, sign up today to start your journey.
